Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer standard shipping to all locations within the United States. Orders are processed within five business days and shipped via USPS. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. If your order is a custom, made to order or personalized item, we will reach out about shipping timeline.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or losses once the package has left our facility. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us at grainandstitchiowa@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We will accept returns or exchanges within thirty days of purchase. Most of our items are either handcrafted or one of a kind, making returns costly for our small business, so we appreciate your respect of our policy.

Bath & body, food & beverages, live plants and other consumable products are not eligible for return or exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns on custom, made to order or personalized items. Sale items are final.

To initiate a return, please email us at grainandstitchiowa@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at grainandstitchiowa@gmail.com within 15 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items.
